Melissa Van Paris had a great day winning the 
shot and the discus with two near personal best. 

Dan O'Callaghan had a great day winning his 
trial heats and then coming back and winning 
the finals in the 100, 200 and was anchor on 
the winning 400R and part of the winning 1600R.
