At the MPSF Championships, at Dempsey Indoor, Sara Bei again lowered the Empire Mile record.
Bei ran this indoor Mile race in 4:42.52.
Bei also ran on the Stanford teams Distance Medley that ran 11: 18.42.

University of Washington Huskies Pac 10 Invitational indoor

On Saturday 2/14/04 Sara Bei made a clean sweep of the Empire
distance records (1500-5000). Bei won the indoor Mile race in 4:43.87 
to eclipse the last of Julia Stamps adult records. Stamps still holds
the Empire prep records for many events.
