   Last week was a big one for Laura, who set her third course record for the Jaguars' 
cross-country team, then played in Windsor's upset of Santa Rosa in the NCS soccer 
playoffs Saturday night.
   Rogina, fairly new to running, is ``the real thing,'' according to distance coach 
Jon Custer-Topai.
   ``She's a strong-minded kid who thinks she can win every race,'' the coach said.
   Last week she set a course record at 2.55-mile Foothill Park after snapping the 
course mark at Helen Putnam Park the previous week.
   Because of soccer, she only practices cross country two days a week has set several 
course records and will have her eye on another one at the SCL championships this week. 
She hopes to make it to NCS and possibly to state.
