April 1, 2006 Oakland Relays Complete results (oaklandrelays)
Mike Perez won both the 800 (1:55.00) and 3200 (9:31.47) at the Oakland Relays. He ran alone at the front and won both races by huge margins. The conditions were fairly nice, cool and breezy. We thought he would have about two hours between the two races but he only ended up having about 35 minutes of recovery. From Bob Galloway, Lower Lake coach
