NO COST COMMUNITY AM and PM SUMMER RUNS: ...Looking for someone to run with this summer? These runs are open to the public with typical runs ranging between 20 min. to up to 1 hour and we expect the participation to start out somewhat gradual, but hope to see "our community" grow each week.
-Don't miss WATERMELON WEDNESDAY = FREE treat after each Wednesday PM run served up by one of our Heart & Sole employees!

6:00 PM Runs = M-W-F corner of Park Trail/Summerfield Rd & T-Th at Howarth Park trail
2008 All-COMER SUMMER TRACK SERIES STARTS THIS WEEK: Heart & Sole is the proud to be the exclusive sponsor of the 2008 Summer Track Series hosted by the Empire Runners at Montgomery High School. There will be 5 meets scheduled with the first coming up this Wednesday, June 11th. Heart & Sole will be giving away major brand running apparel, accessories and shoes during this series in addition to recognizing the top "point award winners" for the series. -We are currently trying to secure prize money for the final event (August 6th) to attract a world-class mile = stay tuned! AGE 5-14 YOUTH SUMMER RUNNING CAMP: Heart & Sole is supporting two ambitious High School Senior Athletes, Celeste Berg (Monty) and Kelly O'Leary (Maria Carrillo) starting a youth running camp this summer at Howarth Park.
-Time: 8:30 - 9:00 AM every Monday - Wednesday - Friday
-Location: Howarth Park Trail Entrance
-Camp dates: Starts June 9th - July 30th (Note: closed week of June 30- July 4)
-Cost: $6 per week or $36 for the summer session; PLEASE PAY FEES AT HEART & SOLE STORE
-Prizes: Incentive and random gifts supplied by Heart & Sole Sports

| "I SUPPORT JAKE" T-SHIRT CLOSE-OUT! We still have a small box full of shirts and are willing to give these away to fans who will wear it proudly to support Jake's quest to make the Olympic team in the decathlon later this month. We will also accept a minimal donation; just a few $ will do and 100% of all funds go directly to Jake's training fund. The Olympic Trials are on coming up on June 29th and 30th, so come get a shirt to show your support while supplies last!
