2009 All NorCal XC Teams - Boys & Girls
The NorCal Committee has announced the 2009 All NorCal XC Teams.
Redwood Empire runners took many of the top honors.
Montgomery junior Julie Nacouzi was picked as the 2009 NorCal Runner of the Year.
Casa Grande's Jacque Taylor was also choosen first team and as senior runner of the year.
Petaluma senior Isabel Andrade was placed on Honorable Mention team.
In the boys, Santa Rosa senior Reesey Byers won first team honors.
Petaluma senior Hugh Dowdy earned second team honors.
Ukiah senior Andrew Zellman earned third team honors as did
Piner's Luis Luna who was picked as 2009 sophomore of the year.
Cardinal Newman senior Brian King and Petaluma junior Forrest Shaffer
were both on Honorable Mention team.
Petaluma's Kevin Poteracke and Ryan Douglas both made All-Frosh first team.
